Interested to know more about our amazing partners and where we will be stopping? Here are some of the places we stop at along our tours:
Owners Mike and Judy Campbell, who operate a diversified 8 acre farm, including an apiary, in south west Abbotsford. They offer off-farm honey bee pollination services to local growers and focus on honey and honey wine production. With a strong passion for bees and the education behind them, they believe in being socially and environmentally responsible.
Campbell’s has a variety of honey wines, flavoured and natural honeys, beeswax candles, tasty honeycomb, beeswax ointments and tinctures, honey soaps, beeswax & honey hand creams, gifts and much more!
Tanglebank Garden, which opened back in 1996 from a simple idea of getting one’s hands dirty, has now transformed into a “boutique” style nursery situated in beautiful rural West Abbotsford, BC. A family centered business that is committed to providing unique, quality products that inspire and encourage people to cultivate exceptional beautiful garden landscapes. If you’re looking for expert garden advice, the perfect plant, an unusual and elegant gift or just want to relax and enjoy a gourmet breakfast, brunch, lunch or afternoon tea at Brambles Bistro (which opened in 2012), you’ll love this destination experience.
Brambles Bistro is devoted to creating inventive and mouth watering flavours from scratch, embracing the art of homemade foods that will tantalize your taste buds and inspire you to create and explore your own kitchen. With a seasonally changing menu, their ingredients are sourced from their very own backyard garden and from local providers whenever possible.
At Tanglebank they definitely represent they’re mission of – “Simple. Local. Seasonal.”
The gardens & products are inspired by the healing benefits of nature. Lavender and the many other organic, medicinal plants grown here will surround you in tranquility and inspire your senses. Experience the garden surrounded by nature’s beauty, amidst the ancient cedars, birds, ponds & beautiful gardens.
Here you can also find an array of handcrafted natural body care products. Tuscan Lavender Farm & Gardens has produced a line that is in the purest form, grown organically on the farm whenever possible, and made in small batches with care, joy and love. Their hope is that every time their natural body products are used that the person will feel pampered and nurtured.
Owners Charlotte and Robb Lepp, had a passion for farming early on in their marriage when both were working at Rob’s father’s farm. The dream started back in 1995, selling sweet summer corn; jumpforward to 2012 when they opened their year-round farm in 2009.
Lepp’s Farm Market is the fulfillment of a shared passion for farming and a long-held dream of being able to continue the tradition of a family-run farm. It was created to connect the community with as many locally sourced products as possible and to inspire everyone to prepare them in simple and delicious ways. Because after all, good food, good laughter and bountiful crops are always “Better When Shared!”
From one small berry stand, Maan Farms has grown into a place with something for everyone to enjoy!
